AZ Beta’s Take Home Award at Carlson Leadership Academy

The 8 executive board members of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity at the University of Arizona come together for an annual SigEp conference in Los Angeles, California. After over 7 hours of driving, they have the opportunity to spend time and meet with other brothers from other chapters in the west region of the United States. With the help of meetings, dinners, and presenters the brothers are given time to come closer and work together as a cohesive executive board. The Beta chapter received an Excelsior award for the best integrated AVC to their chapter. In their time in the chapter, these brothers have worked hard to get into these positions and are now striving to do their job to the best of their ability.
